Annual Wellness Exam

The Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) is a yearly appointment for Medicare Part B participants with your primary care provider (PCP) to create or update a personalized prevention plan. This plan may help prevent illness based on your current health and risk factors.

Are you eligible for the Annual Wellness Visit (AWV)?  If you have had Medicare Part B for over 12 months and have not received an AWV in the past 12 months, yes you are! Learn more about your AWV here.
