Dr. Nicole Cotton is a graduate of Morehouse School of Medicine and received her degree with Cum Laude honors. Dr. Cotton was a volunteer faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry at the rank of Adjunct Assistant Professor since July 1, 2015.

Dr. Cotton received her Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry from Emory University.

Dr. Cotton is licensed in the state of Georgia, she is board certified in psychiatry with sub-specialty board certification in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Dr. Cotton is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, she successfully completed Board Certification in September 2012.

Dr. Cotton officially joined the faculty in January 2018 full-time as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry and Associate Clerkship Director.
