William Howard Hudson, M.D.

Dr. Hudson was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. He earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Virginia and his M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Hudson completed one year of a Pathology residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City before changing career paths and transitioning to Emory University to complete a residency in Psychiatry from 2013-2017 with additional training in psychotherapy via Emory’s psychotherapy track.  He served as Emory’s chief resident for Adult Outpatient Psychiatry and is currently a candidate in the Emory University Psychoanalytic Institute.  Dr. Hudson will join the faculty effective July 1, 2017.
